Working members of the media, series/category, team publicists and photographers are invited to apply for media accreditation for all Hampton Downs promoted events up until June 30th 2020.
You must please complete all details clearly, provide proof of application on your outlet’s letterhead or a copy of your MotorSport New Zealand or Confederation of Australian Motorsport media accreditation and sign the disclaimer form to indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions in order for your application to be considered. If any details are incomplete, we reserve the right to request additional evidence of your eligibility and/or decline your application for this or any other reason.
Space in the media room/s at Hampton Downs is allocated to working media first; series/category publicists and photographers second. We request team publicists and photographers work from their allocated pit areas. All accredited media must sign-in each day for safety reasons. Accredited photographers will be allocated a coloured media vest which must be worn at all times while photographing around the circuit, pits and pitlane. Pitlane is only accessible if you are granted level 1 accreditation, and these media must also note that if you plan to work within 2-metres of a vehicle in pitlane you are required to wear fireproof overalls during all practice, qualifying and race sessions.
Your media accreditation application will be processed with seven (7) days and applicants will be advised accordingly.
