We are totally committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for you to visit, in this challenging time.

We are following all Ministry of Health guidelines and the governments restrictions on a 500 people limit outdoors and 100 people limit indoors.

What can you do?

• avoid physical contact with others;
• no handshakes;
• no hugs;
• cough/sneeze into your elbow;
• wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds and dry them;
• do not visit us if you are unwell.

We ask that where at all possible you maintain 1.5 meters away from others to keep you safe.

In addition to this we are putting these measures in place:

• Hygiene stations are in all meeting points, this includes hand sanitiser, wipes, tissues and disposable gloves;
• Only a few toilets are open for use around the park – this is so a deep clean can be managed regularly throughout the day, with antibacterial soft soap and paper towels for your use;
• We will hold our briefings outdoors when and where possible or provide briefing notes to you;
• All hire helmets will be sanitised and disinfected after each use, please bear with us while we do this for you, a small hold up is for your safety;
• All surfaces in use will be wiped regularly with hospital grade disinfectant, this includes door handles and steering wheels;
• We offer contactless payment methods when you visit us, so no exchange of cards or cash is required;
• Our staff will use the iPad to sign you in for your activity and sign on your behalf if you so wish;
• Please be assured the staff that are working are well.
