HAMPTON DOWNS UPDATE
We are happy to have reopened Hampton Downs Motorsport Park in Level 2.
HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE WHEN VISITING HAMPTON DOWNS
At Hampton Downs our number one priority has been and will always be the health and safety of our guests and team members. We believe it is important to remain calm but vigilant and do what we can as a Company and as a society to help limit and slow the spread of the virus, by being practical, kind, considerate and responsible.
We are continuing to review and assess our procedures and processes to ensure that we are in line with all government regulations surrounding Level 2. For further information on the NZ Government Procedures around COVID-19 please click here.
We are maintaining our very high levels of cleanliness throughout the Park and ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned throughout each day.
We are asking our staff to stay at home if they are feeling unwell so when you visit us you can trust that the team that you encounter when you are on-site, are all feeling well and no one is exhibiting any symptoms of cold or flu.
If you are a returning guest to Hampton Downs, you will notice some changes to the way that we are delivering your favourite products. Nothing too major, just some new practices to ensure the most effective hygiene measures are taken during your experience.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
We are proud to be a part of the team of 5 million and ask that our customers help us to do our part to fight Covid.
Please do not visit Hampton Downs if you are feeling unwell.
There are QR Codes at each entrance. It is a requirement of visiting Hampton Downs that you scan in using the government Covid Tracing App. Our team will be asking if you have done this at each entry point.
Facemasks are mandatory indoors, while maintaining a physical distance of 2 metres.
You will notice additional hand sanitising stations throughout the Park. Please use these to sanitise your hands as you enter Hampton Downs.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Since COVID-19 emerged, Hampton Downs has adopted our health & safety practices in line with Ministry of Health guidelines and there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at our venues.
We will continue the active steps and sensible precautions we have already put in place to keep everyone safe while also keeping our business running, so that we can continue the important role we play in the lives of our teams and communities.
All Hampton Downs vouchers which have been impacted during any temporary closure of Hampton Downs, will be extended for the duration of the closure.
Be kind, be strong, be safe and we look forward to welcoming you back to Hampton Downs soon.
Regards the Hampton Downs Team
