Hampton Downs is open and operating in the new Covid-19 Protection Framework.

HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE WHEN VISITING HAMPTON DOWNS

From Friday 3rd December 2021, New Zealand is moving to the new ‘Covid-19 Protection Framework’, commonly known as the traffic light system.

If you have any questions or need to amend a booking, please contact the Hampton Downs team on 09 280 6504 or on admin@hamptondowns.com.  We are looking forward to welcoming you to Hampton Downs soon.

Please do not visit Hampton Downs if you are feeling unwell.

You will notice additional hand sanitising stations throughout the Park. Please use these to sanitise your hands as you enter Hampton Downs.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Since COVID-19 emerged, Hampton Downs has adopted our health & safety practices in line with Ministry of Health guidelines and there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at our venues.

REFUNDS
For activity bookings: In the event of an amendment to your booking, refunds will only be granted when Hampton Downs has received at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your booking date. Within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation, any cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
