The new Karting Circuit, which is adjacent to the Expressway, is already having earthworks carried out on it. Completion of the 1.2km circuit is planned for 2011.
This track circuit is currently proposed to be a miniature version of the Hampton Downs International circuit.
The Karting circuit will be ideal for corporate relationship building exercises, convention events, product launches or just an exhilarating experience!
Formula S KartSport has already been hiring the existing 2.8km Circuit for racing and thoroughly enjoyed it! We have also held Kart Open Days and a Super Kart class during the Hampton Downs Winter Series which have been extremly successful.

Karts Enjoy Hampton Downs
An eager group of guys and girls turned up for the twilight session and it sure delivered on expectations. The track is super smooth and plenty of grip except when you get a wee bit off line as Richard Moore and a few others found!
A great range of kit was on track from standard Rotax's, Body work Rotax's through KZ2's and 125S to full blown Superkarts. Wayne Sprosten and Karl Wilson were breaking 200k with Rotax's doing 160 plus.
Anyway a great session, a big thank-you to the flaggies and the guys at Hampton Downs who really looked after us!
