The hillside alongside Hampton Downs Rd was cut into with motor scrapers creating a large area suitable for many commercial applications. Over 80,000 m³ of clay has been deposited into the Business Park to complete stage one.
A new 450 car parking area was created right over the road from Gate One. This is an all-weather gravel car park that will be a welcome addition for all our larger events.
