INFORMATION FOR BIKES

DAYTIME SESSIONS

Numbers are limited at each event so book early or risk just being a spectator.

Time: 9am – 4.30pm

Gates open at 8am - Please leave trailers well away from the Pit area as we will need all of pit lane for cars entered in the event.

Documentation: from 8am - 8.45am

This will be in the Control Tower located on the edge of Pit Lane.

Drivers Briefing is at 9am. Includes a roll call, to go on the track you must attend the briefing. If you are late there will be another briefing at lunch time.

Indemnity form: Please click on this link. Please bring your driver’s license as this is required for ID for all drivers and passengers.  

Time on track: 15 minute sessions.

Classes: Bikes will be grouped by speed and ability. Please choose the group that reflects your ability.

Safety gear: Either single piece leathers or 2 piece leathers with a 270 degree zip, motor cycle boots, gloves and a helmet with no previous impact damage. We also highly recommend a back protector.

Fuel: The closest 98 is at Mobil Mercer 8 minutes North of Hampton Downs.

Cost for Motorbikes - $150 per rider and you must pre-register.

What if I have paid and can't go?
Please note entries are not transferrable; however you are welcome to find another person to take your place. We cannot give refunds but if you let us early enough we will try to sell your place. If we can sell your place we will refund you.

What if it rains?
The event will continue rain, hail or shine.

Conditions: All entrants are strictly supervised throughout the day to ensure there is no overzealous riding. Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke any entrant at anytime.
