Privacy and Security
The Hampton Downs website use the latest technologies to provide a safe, secure site for electronic transactions. Visitors under the age of 18 should not sign-in to the website or submit any information to us.

The intellectual property rights in this website are owned and controlled by Hampton Downs MotorSport Park Ltd.

You may download, electronically copy or print any of the contents on condition that you are using them for personal and not for commercial purposes. Use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Hampton Downs MotorSport Park Ltd . No right, title or interest in any of the contents of the website will be transferred to you as a result of downloading, electronically copying or printing or attaching to e-mail such material.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping charges are added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. Hampton Downs charges a flat rate for shipping regardless of quantity or weight of $7.50 GST inclusive with tracking, or $11.25 GST inclusive for Rural delivery with tracking. 

This charge includes the picking, packing and delivery of your order, to any physical address in mainland New Zealand, serviced by the standard courier network.  Please contact us if you have any doubt about your location. 

We expect to despatch your order within 48 hours, with an anticipated delivery time within 7 working days of your order being placed. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. We will deliver overseas at $17, with anticipated delivery time within 10-20 working days depending on location. 

Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
At Hampton Downs MotorSport Park Ltd we stand by the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

You can return any product you buy from us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
