The Motorsport Park is being developed by a private company, GP Farms Ltd and the Motorsport Park will be operated by Hampton Downs Motorsport Park Ltd. The shareholders for both companies are Tony Roberts and Chris Watson. The Track Licence will be held by Historic Racing Club Inc.
